Standard UK Delivery
Our cheapest delivery option, ideal for those without major time constraints. Your order will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days in most cases via Royal Mail.

Next Day UK Delivery
Need something extra quick? Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver the next working day for you! In most cases this will be via a courier.

European Delivery
Delivery to countries within the EU are normally delivered within 3 – 5 working days.

Christmas Deliveries
We're working extra hard during the festive season to ensure nobody wakes up disappointed on Christmas morning this year.  Whether it’ll be an organised well chosen gift or a last minute panic! You needn’t worry. At Parc Ferme we will get your items direct to your door, fast!

Standard UK Delivery
Order no later than 20th December 2008 on any In Stock item, before 2pm to ensure that you receive your order in time for Christmas!*.

Next Day UK Delivery
Order no later than 22nd December 2008 on any In Stock item, before 2pm and select ‘Next Day Delivery’ and we'll guarantee to deliver your order before Christmas!*.

*Guaranteed Christmas delivery applies to In Stock items only that are ordered no later than 2pm on the dates stipulated above and where a payment was successfully collected from your payment card at the time the order was confirmed. Certain postcodes such as those in remote / offshore / highland areas may be excluded from this guarantee. Terms and conditions apply.

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.  Parc Ferme Ltd only deliver the United Kingdom (the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands will incur additional charges) and countries within the EU. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. Delivery to any countries within the EU are normally delivered in 3-5 working days. Delivery of car covers and/or cair-o-ports can only be made to the United Kingdom.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customers address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Parc Ferme Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and  Parc Ferme Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection. If you can not collect your goods within 5 days then it will be returned to  Parc Ferme Ltd . All returned orders to  Parc Ferme Ltd will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £9.99 charge for the attempted deliveries.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
Parc Ferme Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from  Parc Ferme Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the  Parc Ferme Ltd website, or by phoning us on 0845 474 0162.

All orders taken before 12:30 hrs GMT will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day. Subject to stock availability
